UCB is seeking a Projects Design & Delivery Lead to connect global engineering portfolios with local site priorities at the Bulle, Fribourg, Switzerland campus. You will lead FEED activities, coordinating resources across portfolios to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery.
The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering and proven ability to manage complex projects in regulated environments, with strong stakeholder engagement in both French and English.
We are looking for a Projects Design & Delivery Lead who is collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-oriented to join our team in Engineering, Sites & Facilities, based at our UCB campus located in Bulle, Fribourg, Switzerland.
As a Projects Design & Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in connecting global engineering portfolios with local site priorities. You will lead Front End Engineering Design (FEED) activities for strategic projects while coordinating engineering resources across multiple portfolios. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently, balancing global objectives with local operational needs. You will also act as a trusted partner to portfolio leaders, helping drive consistency, collaboration, and engineering excellence across the Bulle site.
You will work closely with Engineering Projects Design & Delivery teams, Portfolio Leads, Project Managers, and local stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and EHS. You will serve as the key connection point between the Bulle site and global portfolios, fostering strong collaboration, effective resource coordination, and aligned project execution.
