BIRKENSTOCK is seeking a hands-on sales professional based in Zürich to drive the full seasonal order process and build strong relationships with key customers.

You will analyze market trends, plan assortments, and support administrative tasks across the region while upholding our premium brand presence through merchandising concepts and partner trainings. Fluent German and English are required; French/Italian are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in sales or buying, ideally within the fashion/lifestyle industry.
• Knowledge of market, visual merchandising and sales processes.
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong professional communication and an open-minded approach.
• Excellent German and good English skills are essential; French and Italian language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• The full seasonal order process is managed by you – from collection presentations, pricing and assortment planning to order placement and inventory
• Take ownership of existing customer relationships and develop sustainable growth opportunities
• Support in administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes across the region
• Ensure a strong and premium brand presence together with our partners through merchandising concepts and brand activations
• Maintain the quality of the brand presence by conducting regular client meetings and product trainings
• Market trends, customer feedback and performance data are analyzed by you to drive business growth
• Close collaboration with internal stakeholders like Customer Operations, Finance and the Country Manager
