Do you love helping clients move through divorce with momentum, clarity, and compassion?

At Atlanta Holistic Family Law, we prioritize out-of-court solutions to resolve family law disputes, helping clients minimize the stress, time, and expense of the process. When litigation is necessary, we are strong advocates in court, but our focus is on guiding clients through a predictable, healthy, and efficient process.

We are seeking a Senior Attorney to lead client representation and case management. The right candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to keeping cases advancing—not just around hearings or mediation, but at every step.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned family law attorney who thrives in a high-volume, low-conflict practice where systems, teamwork, and clear documentation make all the difference

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a caseload of 60+ family law matters, keeping cases in steady forward motion and avoiding unnecessary delays.
  • Guide clients through strategy, negotiations, and resolution while maintaining professional, empathetic communication.
  • Leverage and contribute to firm systems—using task management, checklists, and workflows to ensure every deadline is met and every client knows the status of their case.
  • Delegate effectively to support staff and oversee the timely completion of all assigned tasks.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, and motions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Represent clients in mediation, hearings, and trial when needed.
  • Document everything meticulously—including immediate updates, notes, and tasks entered into the case management system.
Qualifications
  • Active license to practice law in Georgia.
  • Minimum of 8 years of family law litigation experience.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a caseload of 60+ cases while meeting billable hour requirements (1,400–1,600 annually, depending on workload preference).
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented work style, and comfort with documentation-heavy processes.
  • Experience using a case management system (e.g., Clio) and working seamlessly within a team environment.
  • A confident, knowledgeable advocate who clients immediately trust—balancing strength with empathy and avoiding unnecessary conflict.
  • A proactive attorney who enjoys building and refining systems that keep cases on track.
Compensation

$130,000 - $160,000 yearly
