Zusammenfassung

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Zürich is seeking a Facilities Technician to organize preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, supervise internal teams or external vendors, and plan small-scale projects with proper scheduling and resource allocation.

You will manage work orders in the CMMS, ensure safety and technical standards compliance, assist with energy optimization, and participate in on-call duties and 24-hour deployments as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in facility management or a similar technical coordinator role.
• Completed technical education (e.g., electrician, mechatronics, building technician).
• Experience in project management and coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for building systems.
• Supervise and monitor resolution of technical issues by internal teams or external vendors.
• Plan and manage installation, modification, and commissioning projects with proper scheduling and resources.
• Coordinate small-scale projects such as renovations, technical upgrades, and relocations.
• Manage and oversee external vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
• Prepare, assign, and track work orders; maintain documentation in the CMMS.
• Ensure safety regulations and technical standards compliance through audits and reviews.
• Support energy optimization and sustainability initiatives by organizing activities and monitoring progress.
• Management and processing of technical alarms, fires and burglar alarm systems; on-call duties and 24-hour deployment.
• Furnish conference/meeting rooms; management of visitor and provider passes, access controls, and parking spaces.
• Obtain and check external supplier offers; plan and manage internal relocations.
