Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Substantial experience in financial analysis or cost controlling, ideally within Formula 1 or elite motorsport.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, or German financial regulations, with ability to bridge to FIA frameworks.
• Deep understanding of cost engineering, project tracking, and asset management under strict regulatory boundaries.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven track record in cost management and budget optimization.
• Dynamic, passionate team player with ownership in a high-performance environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and solid ERP experience.
• Professional English required; German language skills are a strong plus.
