Job summary

Audi Revolut F1 Team in Hinwil (Switzerland) is seeking a skilled composite trimming technician to join our manufacturing crew for Formula 1 parts, contributing to race‑day performance. You will trim composites to spec, use hand and power tools, inspect parts for quality, and collaborate with teammates to optimise production.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. This is a 2‑shift operation with standby duty in a fast‑paced environment.

• Completed basic technical education.

Responsibilities

• Trim composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.
• Utilise various hand tools, power tools, and equipment to achieve precise cuts and finishes.
• Inspect trimmed parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimise production processes and efficiencies.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Productive involvement in the manufacturing of fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles.
• Carrying out work according to design plans and quality specifications.
• Assembling components as part of a team, bonding the parts and preparing them for use on the race track.
