You will trim high‑performing fibre composite parts for our F1 vehicles, ensure parts meet precise specifications, and work closely with teammates to optimize production processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires practical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical education completed.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in composite trimming or related field, preferably in a F1 Team.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in composite trimming operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and think in three dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• 2-shift operation and standby duty.
• Excellent teamwork, resilient, proactive and capable initiator.
• English proficiency; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Trim composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to achieve precise cuts and finishes.
• Inspect trimmed parts for quality and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in manufacturing fibre composite parts for F1 vehicles.
• Follow design plans and quality specifications for work.
• Assemble components and prepare them for race track use.
