Job summary

Nestlé Research in Vers-chez-les-Blanc, Switzerland offers a 6-month Food & Beverage and Event Intern position. On-site, you’ll support daily hospitality operations and help deliver seamless, memorable events, working with the Food & Beverage Manager, Event Coordinator, and guest-facing colleagues.

As an intern you’ll coordinate event logistics, analyze operational data to provide insights, and develop ideas to enhance food, beverage and event offerings.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in hospitality, F&B, or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure to food and beverage service or event support.
• Organized, reliable and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinating event logistics, guest communication and on-site support to help deliver smooth, welcoming experiences.

What will make you successful

• Current student or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in hospitality, F&B, or a related field
• Prior hands‑on exposure to food and beverage service, guest-facing operations or event support
• Being organized, reliable and attentive, with the confidence to adapt quickly and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
• Having strong customer service, communication and analytical skills, together with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.
• Communicating fluently in French; English is an advantage.
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
