Job summary

Nestlé Research in Vers-chez-les-Blanc, Switzerland, is seeking a Food & Beverage and Event Intern for a 6-month on-site internship starting February 2027. You will support daily hospitality operations and help deliver seamless events, collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager, Event Coordinator, restaurant and guest-facing teams.

• Coordinating event logistics, guest communication and on-site support to help deliver smooth, welcoming experiences.

• Developing fresh ideas and practical concepts that enhance food, beverage and event offerings.

• Partnering across teams to solve unexpected challenges, prioritize tasks and keep operations running smoothly.

• Supporting daily restaurant and hospitality operations while anticipating guest and team needs.

What will make you successful

• Current student or recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in hospitality, F&B, or a related field

• Prior hands‑on exposure to food and beverage service, guest‑facing operations or event support

• Being organized, reliable and attentive, with the confidence to adapt quickly and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.

• Having strong customer service, communication and analytical skills, together with curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.

• Communicating fluently in French; English is an advantage.

• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
