Qualifikationen

• Master/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnics or Mechatronics.
• Expert in tolerance management and robust design.
• Experience with design-to-cost and FEM (SolidWorks, Comsol, Ansys).
• Development of complex systems involving electrical, mechanical, and magnetic tech.
• Implementation of robust design into industrial products.
• Inventive mindset to solve critical issues.
• Knowledge of machining and plastics/thermoset materials.
• Fluency in English; French and/or German preferred.
• GD&T (ISO) tolerancing; tolerance management in SolidWorks.
• Functional Analysis, FMEA.
• Electrical engineering fundamentals/Power electronics.

Requirements

• Master/PhD of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnics or Mechatronics/similar.
• Tolerance management, Robust Design, Design-to-Cost, Finite Element Analysis (Solidworks, Comsol, Ansys).
• Development of complex systems involving different technologies (in particular electrical, mechanical, magnetic).
• Implementation of robust design into industrial products.
• Key player in inventing advanced concepts and solving critical issues.
• Broad knowledge of machining capabilities and material (plastics/thermoset).
• English (must), French and/or German (wish).
• Geometrical Product Specifications (ISO Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), Tolerance Management (with application in SolidWorks).
• Functional Analysis, FMEA.
• Electrical engineering fundamentals/Power electronics.
