Zusammenfassung

EHL Group in Lausanne seeks an Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs to lead strategic oversight of faculty development and governance across the EHL Group. You will drive recruitment, performance, mentoring, budgeting, and collaboration with other Associate Deans to advance institutional values and teaching excellence.

You will work with the Chief Academic Officer to ensure accreditation, support research strategy, and promote inclusive and innovative teaching practices.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent in management and/or hospitality.
• 10+ years in an academic environment with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Experience in faculty affairs, development, and policymaking in higher education.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, decision-making, and budgeting.

• Develop and lead strategies to foster excellence and innovation in teaching and learning.
• Lead Centre of Teaching & Learning Excellence and faculty development programs.
• Drive pedagogical and EdTech initiatives to enhance learning.
• Organize faculty-focused events and collaborations with external experts.
• Engage stakeholders to strengthen EHL's national and international reputation.
• Support recruitment, performance evaluations, mentoring, and budgeting for faculty.
• Promote EHL values, inclusivity, diversity, and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
