Qualifikationen

• PhD degree in business administration or hospitality management.
• At least 10 years in higher education with graduate/post-graduate teaching.
• Proven managerial and administrative experience with leadership of teams.
• Highly organized, strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, data analysis from strategic and detailed perspectives.
• Scholarly publication record in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Collaborative with faculty, administrators, staff and students.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in English and French (C1); German and/or Italian a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement the strategic vision for Master programs, aligning with institutional goals and market trends.
• Lead development, design, assessment, and continuous improvement of degree program curricula.
• Ensure program coherence and quality, including alignment of GLOs across courses and semesters.
• Maintain national and international standards per accreditation requirements.
• Foster collaboration across communities of practice and contribute to the Academic Board.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
