Qualificações

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in enterprise analytics, business performance, resource allocation, strategic finance, or management consulting in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven ability to lead senior managers and build high-performing teams and establish widely adopted standards.
• Experience shaping organizational strategy and presenting a defensible point of view to senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide analytics and portfolio insights for US leadership.
• Oversee two Director-led capabilities: Enterprise & Functional Excellence, and Enterprise Resource Optimization.
• Set enterprise reporting standards, KPI definitions, and investment guidance.
• Interface with Finance leadership, Office of the US President, and USLT forums on performance and investments.
• Own performance vigilance processes like Monthly Business Review and Functional Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with modeling and analytics CoE to ensure integrated capabilities.
