Reporting to the Director, this role shapes questions, validates assumptions, and partners with Finance to allocate budgets and talent effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in resource allocation, investment optimization, or commercial analytics in life sciences.
• Experience translating quantitative analyses into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of investment strategy, benchmarking, and portfolio-level decision-making.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and headcount management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise investment optimization across the US portfolio, recommending direct spend and resourcing decisions.
• Develop integrated investment and workforce planning strategies using models and analyses.
• Translate model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance to maximize business impact and efficiency.
• Define business questions and validate modeling assumptions for robust insights.
• Support planning cycles and governance with resource optimization insights.
