Webster Geneva is seeking a Head of Programs, Business and Management to provide academic leadership across disciplines. The role oversees program development, quality assurance, student success, and collaboration with faculty and external partners.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, assessment, faculty development, and coordinating with international partners to advance research and teaching excellence. Fluency in English and French is desirable for engaging diverse stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Terminal degree with teaching, service, and scholarship
• Strong academic admin experience in management/leadership
• Knowledge of different educational systems and funding schemes
• Excellent communication with academic administrators, faculty, staff
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Aufgaben

• Develop curriculum and assessment for programs and courses
• Develop curricular and research projects with national and international partners
• Support program review and provide recommendations to Academic Director
• Perform faculty reviews and annual performance feedback
• Organize and chair programmatic faculty meetings each semester
• Contribute to faculty days, orientations, and welcome weeks
• Contribute to enrollment and retention initiatives
• Develop network of partners for conferences and internships
