Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Digital, Pharmacy, or Business preferred

Responsibilities

• Owns the product strategy, roadmap, and value realization across the GDO verticals, including clinical trial analytics.
• Establishes fit-for-purpose products, standards, measures, and decision-support capabilities.
• Leads AI strategy, governance, and lifecycle management of Agentic AI and analytics use cases.
• Oversees data and product innovation; defines vision, users, value hypotheses, and success measures; manages discovery to launch.
• Leads global pool of product developers and analysts across US, Europe, and India; ensures high-quality delivery with transparent reporting.
• Builds partnerships with senior leaders to align priorities and resolve competing demands in a matrixed environment.
• Acts as external catalyst for AI innovations and strategic collaborations while ensuring data integrity and patient focus.
