ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director to spearhead growth and leadership for one lighthouse manufacturing account. You will drive C-level engagement, shape strategies with cross-functional teams, and deliver AI-powered, platform-based solutions that transform the client’s digital operations.

The role requires balancing short-term results with long-term client engagement, leading a virtual team, and expanding executive-level advocacy for ServiceNow across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in client management and revenue-focused account leadership.
• 2+ years in a Client Director or equivalent role with multi-million-dollar sales success.
• Proven track record selling complex enterprise software to C-level executives, across manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership to client accounts.
• Be the relationship manager between customers, ServiceNow & the partner ecosystem.
• Build compelling end-to-end value stories across the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage all executive relationships between ServiceNow and the customer.
• Build trust through multi-tiered relationships from IT to CxO levels.
• Develop roadmaps and capabilities across client and ServiceNow teams for outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals and professional services.
