Our AI solution for radiologists and surgeons helps reducing errors, speeding up patient care and lowering costs of healthcare. Headquartered in Switzerland with 13 engineers and data scientists plus our leadership team, the company's organization also integrates staff in Italy, the US, Ukraine and other places around the globe. Funded by 200+ Swiss shareholders and partnering with leading Swiss, Italian and US hospitals, we're working in a very diverse network of stakeholders in an academically driven, dynamic setup.
We mostly work from home, meeting online daily and at least once a week in person in one of our shared office locations in German-speaking Switzerland (where we offer dedicated office-space too, if requested). Since we work across many time zones, presence requirements can vary.
The executive assistant we're seeking to support our management team is expected to be an experienced organizer, relationship manager, problem solver and planner who looks ahead and is prepared for anything in the following areas:
