Buhler Group in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Executive - Accountant (AR) to join our Finance team. You will lead a strong Record-to-Report function and oversee R2R operations for customer orders in the Middle East and Africa region.

The role emphasizes compliance with directives, driving process improvements, and building a stable, diverse team while ensuring knowledge transfer to Global Business Services and achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• MBA, M.Com, or equivalent; CA Intermediate considered.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience with a deep understanding of R2R, GL and management accounting.
• Initial team leadership experience with team building, performance management, and development.
• Experience in GBS operations is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Oversee day-to-day activities, support operational execution, and resolve issues promptly.

Buhler Group in Bengaluru, India is looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join us as Executive - Accountant (AR) in our Finance team.

The role is responsible for building and leading a strong, dedicated, stable, and diverse Record-to-Report team, ensuring business continuity at all times. The successful candidate will oversee R2R operations and lead commercial activities for customer orders in the Middle East and Africa region routed through Bühler Bengaluru. This includes ensuring compliance with Bühler's Operational Risk Management Directive, corporate standards, and applicable guidelines, while driving process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

These are the skills you'll need

• MBA, M.Com, a master's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification; candidates with CA Intermediate will also be considered.


• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with a deep understanding of R2R processes, particularly general ledger and management accounting.


• Initial team leadership experience, with demonstrated skills in team building, performance management, and employee development.


• Previous experience managing a team in GBS operations is desirable.


• Advanced knowledge of SAP FI/CO.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.


• Excellent written and spoken English.
