Union Bancaire Privée is seeking a motivated Execution Trader for a part-time evening role in Geneva. You will execute trades in Equities and ETD, monitor markets, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has up to 5 years of trading experience, fluent English and French, and strong Excel/VBA skills to develop tools and streamline processes. This position is based on a late shift from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in a fast-paced environment.

Mission

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Execution Trader to join our dynamic trading team. This part-time role is ideal for a professional with a passion for financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. The position involves executing trades in Equities and Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) during the late shift (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM), ensuring optimal execution and adherence to market regulations.

Main responsibilities

• Execute trades in Equities and ETD markets efficiently and accurately during the late shift. Experience in Bonds is considered a plus.
• Monitor global markets and provide real-time updates to the trading team.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the broader trading team to optimize execution performance.
• Utilize Excel and VBA to develop tools and streamline trading processes (an added advantage).

Your Profile

• Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in trading or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of VBA is a strong plus.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Equities and ETD markets.
