Neural Concept is seeking an Applied AI Engineer – EV Powertrain to build data-driven workflows for EV powertrain applications (electric motors, gearboxes, batteries, EDU) on the Neural Concept platform. You will prototype with foundation models and Python scripting, translating product direction into production-grade solutions.

Based in Lausanne, Switzerland or Cambridge, UK, this role combines hands-on engineering with AI transformation, requiring strong domain knowledge and a builder mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier, designing EV subsystems.
• Fluent in powertrain simulation tools and/or system-level tools used in engineering workflows.
• Proficient with modern AI tooling to build production-grade workflows.

Aufgaben

• Build data-driven engineering workflows for EV Powertrain applications on the Neural Concept platform.
• Collaborate with lead customers to understand and solve challenges.
• Prototype and iterate using AI/ML tooling to deliver production-ready workflows.
• Work with CAD/CAE/ML engineers to move prototypes to production quality.
• Validate outputs against real-world engineering standards.
• Contribute insights back to the roadmap from hands-on learning.
