Zusammenfassung

Erinion, part of the Scania Group, designs and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty fleets. The Sales Manager in Switzerland will lead the sales cycle, build strategic customer partnerships, and drive adoption of depot charging and e-mobility solutions across the Bern/Fribourg region.

You’ll balance commercial leadership with technical insight, shaping tailored proposals and negotiating complex deals to help fleets electrify responsibly and profitably.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in electric vehicle charging infrastructure or energy solutions.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Strong commercial and technical understanding for value-driven solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the region.

Aufgaben

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in depot charging and fleet electrification.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitches to proposal development and closing deals.
Develop tailored value propositions and act as a trusted advisor to improve profitability during electrification.
Collaborate with Deployment & Operations to ensure delivery meets expectations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
