Zusammenfassung

Erinion, part of the Scania Group, is seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate electric fleet adoption in Switzerland. You’ll own the full sales cycle for depot charging and e-mobility solutions, from prospecting to closing, working with Deployment & Operations and other teams.

You bring at least 3+ years in sales in EV charging or related energy sectors, are fluent in English, German and French, and are comfortable with travel across the region.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of experience in a sales or commercially driven role, preferably in EV charging infrastructure or related energy solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English, German and French.
Open to frequent travel within your region.
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value deals.

Aufgaben

Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, representing Erinion and driving growth.
Identify new business opportunities in depot charging and fleet electrification.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal development, negotiation and closure.
Develop tailored value propositions and act as a trusted advisor to improve profitability.
Collaborate with Deployment & Operations to align delivery with customer expectations.
Monitor market trends and feedback to refine sales strategies.
