Job summary

BeOne Medicines seeks a Director, Patient Advocacy Europe to lead the development and execution of our patient engagement strategy across Europe, aligning with therapeutic priorities and corporate affairs goals. You will craft partnerships with pan-European patient organizations and guide country teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality patient interactions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent advanced education/experience.
• 10+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical, healthcare, patient advocacy, public affairs or related sectors.
• Experience in patient advocacy and/or patient engagement.
• Strong understanding of the European patient advocacy environment and experience with European/international patient organizations.
• Oncology and/or hematology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead BeOne’s European Patient Advocacy strategy across Europe.
• Build trusted, sustainable partnerships with pan-European patient organizations and cancer alliances.
• Identify opportunities for collaborative advocacy platforms and engage with key milestones and policy events.
• Gather and synthesize patient insights and ensure they inform European strategy and organizational decisions.
