mylife Diabetes Care is seeking a Global Market Access Manager – Pricing & Tender Management to strengthen how we price our portfolio and compete for public tenders across global markets. You will build pricing intelligence and commercial arguments to enable informed decisions and support sustainable growth.

Working across Europe, Canada and Australia, you will collaborate with Finance, Regulatory, Product Management and other global functions to translate pricing data, health economic evidence

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, tender management, market access or bid management in healthcare.
• Hands‑on pricing analysis, financial modelling and business case development.
• Understanding of public procurement and pricing pathways in complex markets.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain global pricing database and governance framework.
• Conduct global price benchmarking, scenario analyses and identify pricing opportunities.
• Develop pricing models and business cases for pipeline and lifecycle products.
• Lead global Tender Excellence Taskforce and establish scalable tools and best practices.
• Support affiliates in national/regional tenders with pricing simulations and strategy.
• Translate clinical and health economics evidence into value arguments for procurement.
