A global FMCG organization seeks a European Key Account Manager based in Zug, Switzerland, to manage and develop relationships with large buying groups. The role involves leading negotiations with customers across Europe and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in sales and negotiation within the health or beauty sectors, along with strong relationship management skills.

As the European Key Account Manager, you'll oversee the development and servicing of global key accounts to support local markets in delivering business sales objectives.
You will lead international negotiations of all aspects of customer relationships and international services across Europe. You will also resolve conflicts arising between customers and the company's market teams.
This role is based in Zug, Switzerland, and offers hybrid work.
