CERN is looking for a Project Support Officer to provide administrative and coordination support to EU funded projects within the IT department. In this role, you will assist with project tracking, stakeholder engagement, and financial aspects, ensuring successful delivery and long-term impact. Preferably, you should have relevant experience, possess strong communication skills in English, and be willing to learn French.

Your responsibilities
You will provide administrative and coordination support to EC funded projects hosted in the IT department. From putting together project proposals, to project tracking and reporting, stakeholder engagement and outreach, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery and long-term impact.
