Job summary

Cytokinetics seeks an Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness (EU) to elevate field performance across European affiliates. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, scientific or business discipline; MBA/Master's advantageous.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations with 5+ years in Field Force Effectiveness or Commercial Excellence.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial model and field-force operations.
• Experience across FFE capabilities: analytics, segmentation, territory design, incentive compensation.
• CRM experience for Pharma, preferably Veeva CRM, including requirements, testing and enablement.
• Experience across multiple European markets with healthcare data considerations.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into field force effectiveness strategies and scalable solutions.
• Monitor launch uptake, brand performance and market dynamics using data sources.
• Pilot and deploy AI/ML solutions to streamline workflows and decision-making.
• Define and monitor field KPIs, dashboards and performance analytics.
• Lead segmentation, targeting, call planning, territory alignment and deployment across Europe.
• Support account planning with analytics and insights to enable prioritisation.
• Oversee incentive programmes, target setting and payout modelling across affiliates.
• Drive CRM adoption, data quality, reporting and field enablement.
• Measure omnichannel engagement and cross-channel impact.
