Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training in related field.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% across Switzerland and Europe.

Aufgaben

• Commissioning and technical support of ETCS and signalling systems on rail vehicles.
• Provide customer support during warranty and operational phases.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues using ETCS logs, JRU data, and diagnostic tools.
• Prepare technical reports, test records, and documentation.
• Deliver remote support and on-site interventions at customer locations.
• Plan and execute commissioning activities, system tests, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and cross-functional project teams internationally.
