Job summary

Sika AG is seeking an ESG Digitalization Intern in Zürich/Altstetten to support the Finance & Controlling ESG data pipelines and web applications. You will contribute to automation, data engineering, and analytics workflows across Databricks and BI tools.

You will gain exposure to CI/CD practices, IaC with Terraform, and collaboration with senior tech leads in a dynamic environment. This internship emphasizes hands-on development and problem solving within a global manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• Understanding of databases and SQL.
• Willingness to learn and proactive approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English language required; German/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the ESG Controlling Team in Zürich/Altstetten in its digitalization and automation journey.
• Design, build, and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows in Databricks for ESG reporting.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. GitHub Actions, Terraform).
