Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung in der Lohnabrechnung, vorzugsweise im öffentlichen Dienst.
• Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Base pay range

CHF80,000.00/yr - CHF90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Remote and telephone support, advising and assisting clients with payroll software
• Communicating with users about the progress of resolving customer inquiries/incidents or upcoming changes and scheduled downtimes
• Participating in projects and assignments with opportunities for increased responsibilities
• Assisting in testing new changes and releases

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training EFZ or commercial school
• Experience in payroll (preferably in public administration)
• Interest in further education in IT, business informatics, or business administration
• Excellent German skills in speaking and writing
