Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management across multiple projects.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills translating needs to actions.
• Fluent German and English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with P2P or O2C processes is advantageous.
