BLP Digital AG in Switzerland is seeking a product leader to own decisions for the BLP Platform, shape strategy with leadership, and drive discovery with customers and users. You will coordinate with engineers, sales, and executives to deliver outcomes and scale the product organisation.

Fluent English is required, and experience with empowered product models, ERP/finance exposure, or AI products is highly valued as our SaaS platform expands globally.

Qualifikationen

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers actually adopted.
• Entrepreneurial judgment and ability to decide with incomplete information.
• Experienced in product discovery.
• Ability to align with engineers, sales, and executives and say no while maintaining relationships.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in empowered product models is strongly preferred.
• ERP or finance exposure and AI/agentic products are a plus.
