Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to lead major EPM and finance transformation programs. You will advise senior stakeholders, shape transformation agendas and deliver pragmatic, measurable outcomes across consolidation, close, planning and reporting.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, connect finance strategy with data and technology, and drive solution delivery using Tagetik or OneStream. You will influence senior clients, lead critical decisions, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture

Qualifications

4–10+ years of consulting or industry experience in EPM, financial consolidation, group reporting, planning or finance transformation.
Strong understanding of IFRS or major reporting frameworks and ownership changes.
Experience leading EPM workstreams or solution designs like Tagetik/OneStream.
Ability to advise senior Finance stakeholders and translate priorities into plans.
Proven program and workstream leadership, governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead EPM strategy, transformation roadmaps and target operating models.
Advise CFOs and FP&A leaders on consolidation, close, planning and reporting.
Direct design and delivery of EPM workstreams (Tagetik/OneStream) ensuring alignment with processes and data.
Lead workshops and governance on ownership, currency translation and eliminations.
Direct global teams across requirements, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Build trusted relationships with senior clients and present executive-level recommendations.
