Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is hiring a Clinical Support Specialist to provide expert technical training and product guidance to physicians and EP lab staff. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in bio-technical/bio-engineering or related field.
• Previous EP experience is a plus but not required.
• Service-, support-, solution- and result-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally for congresses/training, etc.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• English (spoken & written) required; German and French/Italian are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and product guidance to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators.
• Drive sales opportunities together with Territory/Account Manager to achieve defined business goals.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and upgrades of EP systems and hardware/software.
• Develop customer relationships with clinicians, nurses, technicians and hospital administrators.
• Respond to requests with effective planning, scheduling and communication within internal and external teams.
