Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting a Clinical Support Specialist to provide expert technical and product advice and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators on JnJ systems and catheter equipment.

You will support electrophysiology interventions, collaborate with sales teams to drive objectives, maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and stay current with product instructions, troubleshooting, and clinical literature.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (bio/engineering).
EP experience is a plus but not required.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally for congresses/trainings.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical and product advice and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators regarding JnJ systems and catheter equipment.
Support electrophysiology interventions and coordinate with Territory/Account Managers to drive sales within the territory.
Maintain CRM data, manage account documentation, complaints, safety/compliance training, and adhere to company policies.
Stay current on product instructions for use, troubleshooting methods and relevant literature to support customers.
