Job summary

ERM in Lausanne or Zurich is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Environmental Remediation to lead complex soil and groundwater projects across Switzerland. You will oversee investigations, risk assessments, remediation design, and reporting while coordinating clients, scientists, and authorities.

Fluency in German, French and English is expected. This role offers a collaborative international environment, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Hands-on project management experience in remediation projects.
• Strong technical background in hydrogeology or environmental engineering.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in Switzerland.
• Proven budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
• Consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation projects from planning to close-out.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and budgets.
• Maintain client communications and deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with cantonal and federal regulations.
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings.
