Enterprise UX Designer: Shape the NextGen Planning Platform

Zusammenfassung

Board is seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic UX team. Reporting to the Head of UX Design, you will shape the product direction by delivering user-centered experiences for our enterprise software.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and other designers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces, prototypes, and detailed design specs, while aligning with platform constraints and accessibility guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio; enterprise software experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered and iterative design processes, usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with other design tools is welcome.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows and design-to-code collaboration (Figma Make, Cursor, etc.).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong collaboration, written, verbal and presentation skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand goals and design requirements.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear design solutions.
• Rapidly create and iterate designs with wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Apply design solutions within Board platform to produce usable interfaces and workflows.
• Leverage the pattern library and work with UI infrastructure to expand it.
• Communicate design rationale and processes effectively.
• Contribute to evolving design standards to enhance user experience across Board products.
• Apply usability heuristics and stay current with best practices.
