Zusammenfassung

Neural Concept seeks an experienced Enterprise Deployment Engineer to deliver end-to-end platform realisation for named customers. You will lead deployment from initial architecture discussions through go-live and ongoing steady-state, integrating with identity, data, engineering systems, and the underlying infrastructure.

You will work closely with customer IT and security teams, troubleshooting complex issues and producing runbooks and post-mortems to improve future deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years deploying and operating enterprise software in production, including environments not controlled by you.
• Kubernetes at configuration depth: chart values → manifests, workload startup issues.
• Identity and SSO fundamentals: OIDC, SAML, rotation, redirect URIs, role mapping.
• Linux, networking and TLS: DNS, routing, ingress/egress, certs, proxies.
• Kubernetes storage: PVs, CSI, access modes, performance under load.
• A production deployment you personally carried and supported: name, date, lessons learned.
• Professional customer-facing English and willingness to travel and align with customer hours.

Aufgaben

• Own deployment lifecycle from architecture discussions through go-live and steady-state.
• Integrate with customer identity, data, engineering systems, infrastructure, and model serving layers.
• Coordinate with customer IT, security, and platform teams; perform architecture reviews and break-fix leadership.
• Diagnose issues, including those outside our software scope, and drive resolution.
• Develop runbooks, post-mortems, and feedback loops to improve future deployments.
