Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist in Switzerland to lead enterprise AI deployments from discovery to production rollout. You will translate ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes, coordinating with engineers and product teams.

This hands-on role requires navigating ambiguity, owning outcomes, and delivering real value for large enterprises in a hybrid on-site / travel setup in Switzerland.

Deployment Strategist, (f/m/x) Switzerland - Hybrid - Agentic AI

What You Will Do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.

You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot & production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.

This is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria

• Experience in delivery-focused, technical, or execution-oriented roles

• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations
• Clear communication and strong stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and bias toward action
• Interest in building and deploying AI-powered systems in real environments

Nice to have

• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles
• Prior hands‑on engineering experience
• Experience supporting production software launches
• Experience working in high‑growth or early‑stage environments
