Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead (Product Security) to join a remote-first engineering team in Switzerland. You will lead security assessments, threat modeling, and secure design reviews across Kubernetes-based infrastructure and cloud-native systems, while contributing production Go code.

The role emphasizes ownership, technical excellence, and measurable impact, with collaboration across distributed engineering teams and strong emphasis on secure defaults and remediation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on penetration testing of production systems and cloud-native apps.
• Deep Kubernetes security expertise including container isolation and RBAC.
• Experience with threat modeling and secure design reviews early in development.
• Proficiency in Go and production-grade software development.

Responsibilities

• Penetration testing of products and infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities.
• Triage, prioritize, and remediate security issues in code and dependencies.
• Review security-sensitive architectures and enforce secure design.
• Contribute to secure engineering practices and threat-aware development.
