avec compétence GmbH is seeking to support pilot plant operations and local investment projects, including feasibility studies, project execution and commissioning in a process engineering environment.

You will prepare proposals, lead projects on site, and assist teams with troubleshooting and data-driven improvements to enhance asset intensity and support net-zero goals.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree required or equivalent
• Experience in process engineering helpful
• Fluent English (B2 or better); German is an advantage
• Strong networking and communication skills
• End-to-end project mindset with clear scope and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in the field
• Commitment to compliance in safety, quality and finance

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed project proposals and budget requests with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

• Engineering degree, preferably process or mechanical engineering
• Experience in process engineering and food industry including hygienic requirements is an advantage
• Fluent English (B2 or better); German is an advantage
• Strong networking and communication skills
• End-to-end project mindset with clear scope and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills, willing to work in the field
• Full commitment to compliance in legal, safety, quality and finance matters
