Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
• 15+ years engineering experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities.
• Experience in multinational/global engineering environments.

Aufgaben

• Allocate the right engineering resources to project teams following S&OP processes.
• Establish interfaces between engineering teams and OPCs while increasing OPC utilization.
• Manage customer relationships with respect to technical requirements.
• Lead the engineering teams and own performance management of engineering deliverables across the Operating Unit in Europe.
• Serve as the Business Process Owner for engineering and testing processes.
