Hitachi Energy in Switzerland seeks an Engineering Manager for the Operating Unit, Substation Automation Systems Europe. You will lead engineering resources across projects, drive execution excellence, and mentor leaders while ensuring safety, integrity, and quality.

You will coordinate with Global Product Group and other units, manage budgets, develop talent, and ensure compliance with licenses and certifications. Multinational experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in energy, with at least 5 years in global leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration capabilities.
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects across geographies.

Aufgaben

• Allocate engineering resources to projects following S&OP processes.
• Establish interfaces between engineering teams and OPCs to improve utilization.
• Manage customer relationships relating to technical requirements.
• Lead engineering teams and own performance management of deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation of engineering processes, standards, and tools.
• Monitor KPIs and budgeting with local unit manager and controller.
• Develop and mentor engineering leaders; ensure licenses and certifications are maintained.
