Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience building data models and interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI or equivalent).
• Experience integrating data across Finance, timesheets, and product hierarchy.
• Experience with enterprise financial tracking and reporting tools (Wave Portal or similar).
• Track record of program management, including stakeholder workshop design and facilitation.
• Ability to drive initiatives from concept through delivery and handover.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including training materials and executive-facing reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead Cost Transparency & BI Enablement initiatives across PBUs, Finance, and stakeholders.
• Oversee Facility Cost Reduction & Financial Reporting with monthly data validation and variance analysis.
• Define and document technology roadmap artifacts; design stakeholder workshops with high participation.
• Act as program owner across multiple initiatives and mentor team members.
