enshift AG is seeking an Energy Data Analyst & Developer to drive data-driven optimization of renewable energy solutions in real estate and industry. You will analyze energy data, build AI-based price and energy forecasts, and deliver actionable insights from operational and financial performance.

You will own end-to-end data pipelines, maintain centralized reporting infrastructure, and collaborate with management, IT, and cross-functional teams to enable informed decisions and sustainable

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years building production data pipelines with real users
• Strong SQL (window functions, time-series) and Python
• Experience operating a time-series or analytical data store
• Experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure (IaC, CI/CD, containers, cloud)
• Ownership mindset: you own the system you work on and resolve issues end-to-end
• Team player with ability to collaborate across functions

Aufgaben

• Analyze energy data (production, consumption, storage) and identify optimization opportunities
• Contribute to AI-based market analysis and energy forecast development
• Analyze asset data, project progress and performance (operational, environmental, financial)
• Perform trend/variance/gap analysis and translate findings into recommendations
• Validate data quality and improve analytical outputs
• Develop and maintain central data and reporting infrastructure with IT
• Create KPI reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Collaborate with management, operations, sales, and country orgs for data-driven decisions
