TotalEnergies Trading in Geneva seeks an experienced Tech Lead for the Advanced Analytics landscape. You will blend hands-on software engineering with architectural leadership to deliver scalable analytics platforms across energy markets.

You will mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and partner with quantitative teams to transform models into robust production solutions. Fluency in cloud-native design is essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development with leadership on complex products.
• Experience deploying analytics or ML solutions in production environments.
• Experience in Agile product teams within enterprise environments.
• Energy trading experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design and implementation of software products for forecasting, optimization, and analytics.
• Drive architecture decisions ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Traders and stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Translate research into production-grade software with maintainability in mind.
• Promote CI/CD, testing, monitoring and high engineering standards.
• Provide technical coaching without direct managerial duties.
