Job summary

Roche Welwyn is seeking an End-to-End Business Team Coach, Growth & Performance (G&P) to translate strategies into PD priorities and lead cross-functional coaching across the drug development lifecycle.

You will deliver systemic coaching interventions, measure impact with data, and partner with Resourcing Leads and Global Program Managers to drive high-performance teamwork in a fast-evolving scientific environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred; formal accreditation in Team Coaching (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end systemic team coaching for high-priority assets and cross-functional teams at critical junctures.
• Focus on improving key business value drivers by coaching teams toward excellence in problem-solving and execution.
• Partner with Resourcing Leads and Global Program Managers to accelerate team health and alignment.
• Deepen understanding of Therapeutic Areas to tailor coaching within the LSPC prioritization framework.
• Use data/metrics to identify insights and demonstrate measurable impact of coaching interventions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring AI/automation to enhance coaching efficiency and outcomes.
• Contribute to Standards of Practice and Value Measurement & Reporting across the global organization.
