Syngenta is seeking an EMSR / Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for its Muttenz site. The role focuses on planning and executing investment projects in Electrical and Instrumentation installations, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The successful candidate will bring experience with DeltaV and Siemens control systems, lead local engineering efforts, and set standards for EMSRT across capital projects. A strong technical leader able to manage external resources is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or similar.
• Experience with DeltaV and Siemens control systems.
• Several years in an industrial environment with project exposure.
• PM experience in Agrochemical/Pharma/Process industries preferred.
• Experience leading external resources is a plus.
• Knowledge of HSE/compliance for CAPEX investments.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute EMSRT investment projects (cost, schedule, quality).
• Provide technical leadership for EMSRT in CHMZ.
• Set electrical and instrumentation standards for CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with external resources and manage on-site installations.
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware malfunctions.
