You will provide professional guest service, manage mise en place, assist in events and breakfast service, and handle cash register operations with accuracy. The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates over 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, ranging from simple group houses to upscale four-star superior hotels.

The Hotel

Hotel Waldhuus Davos is located in the highest town in Europe (1560 m above sea level) and has been part of Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG since April 2019. The hotel has 108 rooms, 1 half-board restaurant, 1 bar, and 5 seminar rooms as well as a wellness area and kids club.

Your tasks

• Professional and personal care and advice for our guests
• Ensuring smooth and guest-oriented workflows for the guests
• Provision of the required mise en place
• Assistance in preparation for events as well as during the half-board evening service
• Support during breakfast service
• Booking all revenues in the Matrix cash register system and carrying out correct cash register accounting

• Communication skills: You are articulate, open and friendly
• Working method: You have a high level of commitment as well as a structured and independent way of working
• Personality: You have excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma. You enjoy working in a team and are open-minded.
• Commitment: You are flexible, resilient and willing to work on weekends and public holidays,
• Language: You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
